Hardly To Be Discerned

“Good and evil grow up together in the field of this world almost inseparably, and the knowledge of good is so involved and interwoven with the knowledge of evil, and in so many cunning resemblances hardly to be discerned, that those confused seeds which were imposed upon Psyche as an incessant labor to cull out and sort asunder were not more intermixed.” – John Milton, Areopagitica, 1644

Because I don’t use the facebook app, I can’t post phone pictures  directly to fb so I’ll post some favorites here. Whether you are a friend from CA, AR, or somewhere else, hopefully you’ll enjoy a few scenes from my life out here.

A few friends and I hiked a small mountain yesterday (Pinnacle), and the view of the Arkansas River and surrounding trees was truly stunning.
The friends surprised me at the top with delicious cupcakes and a round of Happy Birthday. So grateful for such thoughtful people! It meant a lot to me.

I’ll try posting pictures through the wordpress app…if it works, I’ll have a bit more to post  from the summer and fall. Enjoy!
